The mission of the Soldier & Family Readiness Specialists is to maximize the resilience and readiness of Minnesota National Guard soldiers, their families, and local communities. SFRS are dispersed throughout the state of Minnesota. They offer resources, referrals, and support to the Minnesota National Guard to enhance the quality of life and well being of service members and their families.
